By accessing or using VydeClass, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

VydeClass provides software and related services designed to help lesson-based and education-focused businesses manage classes, scheduling, registration, communication, billing, and related workflows.

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time in order to maintain and improve the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

You agree not to use VydeClass in any unlawful way, to interfere with the service, to attempt unauthorized access, to transmit harmful code, or to use the platform in a way that infringes the rights of others.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform, including the information you upload or manage through it, complies with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to VydeClass. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data for the purpose of operating and supporting the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, store, and manage customer, staff, student, and parent information through the platform.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

VydeClass, including the software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any of its underlying technology.

We aim to keep VydeClass available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events outside our control may affect service availability from time to time.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the extent permitted by law, VydeClass and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to VydeClass for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or where required for legal or security reasons.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the product, website, or by email. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
